A SPACE TO

  • Process and gain understanding about the impact of generational family trauma and patterns of codependency

  • Engage in structured recovery work that integrates wisdom from 12 Step programs (ACA and CODA), Recovery Dharma, and IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy) in a group therapy format that’s specifically geared towards neurodivergence and the queer experience

  • Connect with a group of folkx committed to the recovery process

    MATERIALS

We will be using the ACA Loving Parent Guidebook in every session as a resource for this healing work. You can purchase it HERE.

FINANCES

Most major insurance plans accepted. Private pay: $35/session.

IS THIS SPACE FOR ME?

“Am I gay enough?… Autistic enough?… {fill in the blank} enough?”

Here at Interwoven, we believe the table is big enough for everyone and that we all thrive more when welcome is centered and diversity is honored and celebrated. While some of the cohorts have an affinity focus (ie: a group for elder women; a group for folkx whose LGBTQ identity is central in their lives; a group for participants for whom ADHD is a big deal) - YOU, and only you, get to determine who you are and what spaces you want to be a part of! And though we like rainbows a lot :) and have a general expectation of kindness and allyship, not everyone in Recovery Club identifies as queer and you do not have to be queer to participate! If you want to chat more about it, send us a message and we can figure out if one of our groups is a good fit for your recovery path!

WHAT IS NEURO-QUEER?

Being both neurodivergent and queer, with some degree of conscious awareness and/or active exploration around how these two aspects of one’s being entwine and interact (or are, perhaps, mutually constitutive and inseparable).
